  • How do I return an Obanoir product purchased online?
    You have the option to return, free of charge, any product ordered within 30 days of its date of receipt. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, covers, labels, booklets, etc.) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund. OBANOIR LONDON does not offer exchanges.
  • How do I track my order
    OBANOIR London will inform you by email of the progress of your order. You can also track the progress of your order in My Order section of your online Customer Account at Obanoir.com or by contacting our Customer Service.
  • Where can I have my order delivered?
    OBANOIR LONDON products are only delivered to the United Kingdom and some overseas territories. Find out if we ship to you in the Shipping & Returns section. OBANOIR LONDON does not deliver orders to business addresses, P.O. boxes, hotels or university campuses. Orders to any of these destinations will not be processed. Delivery of items will take place upon full payment of the items ordered. Orders made from the website of a country different to that of the delivery address will not be processed.
  • What are the types of delivery (charges and delivery times)?
    Delivery from Monday through Friday for any order placed online. This service is not available on holidays. The expected delivery time is 7-11 business days after placing the order. Delivery service to locations within the UK and territories outside the UK will have delivery times and prices dependant on location.
  • How can I proceed with payment?
    OBANOIR LONDON accepts a majority of payment methods for online purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diner & ApplePay. An authorization application will be sent to your bank. Please note that your billing address must be identical to the one listed on your credit card statement. At present, we do not accept gift cards.
  • How do I care for my items?
    Printed fabrics The printing on these fabrics are applied using traditional methods. Slight variations may arise – the visual variations between printed fabric designs are a natural result of this manufacturing process. * Avoid over-exposure to direct sunlight, artificial light or sources of high heat concentration. Leather items Leather is a natural material that needs to be handled with care. Different leathers will require care that is specifically tailored to their leather type. * Try not to let your leather items rub against other objects, as this may lead to colour transfer. * Ensure your leather items are kept in a dry environment when not in use. * Avoid over-exposure to direct sunlight, artificial light or sources of high heat concentration. Embroidered and/or sequined items Embroidered details are created using traditional techniques, even though these deatils give products more character they tend to be very fragile.These items therefore need to be treated with care. * Avoid allowing other objects to come in contact with your product in any way that could cause visible damage. * Avoid over-exposing your embroidered or sequined items to direct sunlight, artificial light or sources of high heat concentration. Furs Fur is a very special product which requires very specific treatment in order to retain its natural beauty. Bags In order to maintain the integrity of your handbag, we advise the following precautions: * Ensure your leather goods are kept in a dry environment when not in use. * Avoid over-exposure to direct sunlight, artificial light or sources of heat. * Keep leather goods away from water, oils, perfumes and cosmetics. * Ensure that you store your leather goods in a cool, dry place inside the protective felt pouch designed for this purpose. * Try not to let your leather goods rub against other objects as this may lead to colour migration. Leather items * Leather is a natural material that needs to be handled with care, different leathers will require care that is specifically tailored to their particular leather type * Exotic leathers are very delicate materials requiring a particularly high level of careful attention. * Patent leather should not be kept in close proximity to other leather objects for extended periods of time, in order to prevent colour transfer * Vegetable-tanned leather is leather which is tanned using tannings found in vegetable matter. This leather is a delicate material which will develop a patina over time * Pony skin leather (actually made from calfskin) undergoes a special tanning process which does not remove the hair from the leather. To maintain the integrity of this product, try to ensure it does not rub against other objects. Metal fittings * The metal fittings of your leather goods are of excellent quality and will develop a patina over time Jewellery Each piece of OBANOIR LONDON jewellery has been crafted using traditional techniques and the very finest materials, chosen to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction. The use of traditional techniques means that no two pieces of jewellery are exactly alike, which is exactly what generates their appeal and lends them their unique character. In order to maintain the integrity of your jewellery, we advise you to take the following precautions: * Handle your jewellery with care. * Keep your jewellery in its protective pouch. * Keep your jewellery away from chemical products (hairsprays/nail polishes, perfumes, creams, household cleaning products, insect repellents etc), as the use of these products may lead to the premature deterioration of metal, beads and certain gemstones. * Ensure your jewellery is kept in a dry environment when not in use and keep away from sources of heat.
